The ground floor is a translucent pavilion opening to 4 orientations. Up to 4 vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, wheelchairs, lawn stretchers, etc. can be accommodated in this volume. A monolith of compactable shelves brings together the domestic storage of the two potential households.

From here, an elevating platform makes the floor accessible: 3 walls define an apartment. An adapted accommodation that can today accommodate guests, or in the long term, family members in need of assistance and care.

The openings at the corner of the spaces frame the perspectives inside the block as well as in the depth of the street and accentuate a feeling of autonomy.
