PASTEUR+
The demand to reinvent and extend the living areas of a 1930’s townhouse came with the difficulty of solving a narrow deep space plan.
Building regulations were exploited to their maximum, in order to create a maximal volume, sliced in order to add value to the existing spaces.
2 pyramidal volumes were cut off a cubic space in order to A: adapt to the neighboring constructions, and B: enable views and natural light to penetrate the center of the house.
