ELMENPARK+
We were never interested in designing a parking. The cars were a given; the real project was how to absorb their mass while liberating space.
A strategy, not a layout. By managing the bulk, we carved out room for something else: spatial opportunity, social activation, ecological repair. Parking as Trojan horse.
LANDSCAPE INSTEAD OF CONCRETE: Ecological Gaps as Climate Strategy
Freeing up space for landscape is not a gesture. It's strategy. In place of asphalt: trees, water absorption, and micro-ecologies. These zones capture CO₂, clean the air, and feed the city. A reversal of urban excess through cultivated emptiness.
PLACE OF CONNECTION
A plaza becomes more than space, it becomes habitat.
At the heart of the new district, landscape replaces the car, pelaces hard surface, welcoming humans, birds, and nocturnal life alike.
Life, not just parking. Connection, not just circulation.
