In order to avoid an additional building in the farm complex, the project takes advantage of the topography to integrate in the context.

The volume, entirely of raw concrete, has been semi-buried and links all existing buildings.

It serves thus as much as a single building with a particular, additional function, than as a linking and combining base to the whole farm complex.

 Its positioning and design has enabled it to become a parvis to the main barn, respectively a terrace for its inhabitants, defined by the railings that are at the same time the structural beams.
